Refund Policy

Introduction

We appreciate that although we display the sizing guides, there will be times where you need to return an item to us or refund or exchange. We have created this returns policy to allow you the opportunity to do so and to ensure your shopping experience remains a positive one.

This policy will apply to all customers submitted through the website, regardless of location or product purchased. This document does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer such as rights under the under the consumer contracts regulations 2013 or the consumer rights act 2015

Returns

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange in accordance with this policy if

1. We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of dispatch to you, including any exchanges
2. The returned product is unused, in its original packaging if applicable with any labels still attached, allowing us to resell this item as new
3. You comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product
4. None of the exclusions set out in the policy apply

Returns Procedure

1. In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must first contact us via email or one of our social channels for a return/exchange authorisation number
2. You must then send the product to us ensuring it is well packaged to protect the item in transit
3. Products returned under this policy must be sent to 6 Kings Acre, Downswood, Maidstone, Kent, ME158UP
4. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy

Exclusions

You will not be eligible for a refund/exchange if:

1. The garment has been washed and or tumble dried
2. The garment has been ironed
3. The garment has been stretched or damaged

Refunds

1. We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in accordance with this returns policy
2. We will refund you the original delivery charge relating to the returned order
3. We will not return any costs you incur returning the item to us
4. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your order
5. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In any event, within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Improper Returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product

1. We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product
2. We may retained the purchased product and request an additional amount to re-deliver the product
3. If we do not receive payment of said additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you
